2 chicken breast
Pesto
Roasted red peppers
Salt and Pepper
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Butterfly the chicken.
- Place and spread desired amount of pesto inside.
- Place desired amount of roasted pepper.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese inside.
- Close, then spread pesto on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
